Event objectives, target audience and challenges

Every September, La Parisienne gathers tens of thousands of women in the heart of Paris for a 7km course through some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, from the Pont d’Iéna to the Champ-de-Mars. More than just a race, it’s a three-day festival of health, sport and well-being, with brand stands, wellness workshops and a festive atmosphere that makes it feel closer to a celebration than a competition.

For Nakd, La Parisienne was a natural fit. An audience of active, health-conscious women, gathered in one of the world’s most beautiful cities, in a mood to celebrate. But the real challenge wasn’t being there, it was being remembered.

In a village full of brands competing for attention : how do you make thousands of women stop, engage, and genuinely want to interact with you?

The sharingbox Photobooth Solution

The target relationship Nakd was looking for was emotional. The goal was to create a genuine moment of joy and connection with an audience that already shares the brand’s values: natural, positive, and full of energy.

The experience needed to be instant to access, fun to participate in, and naturally shareable, without disrupting the festive flow of the event. And with two setups deployed simultaneously, it also needed to handle high volumes of participants across a full event weekend.

Campaign results, engagement metrics and ROI

Rather than a traditional stand or a simple sampling activation, sharingbox deployed two complementary experiences: GIRAFFE, paired with a PRINTSTATION, and OVERHEAD LOOP.
Integrated into a colorful, playful set design featuring a ball pit, these two concepts brought Nakd’s positive, energetic world to life, creating a spontaneous, fun and engaging experience that stayed true to the brand’s carefree spirit. Participants eagerly joined in, shared moments with friends and created a personalized photo to capture the moment. This kind of authentic participation is something no advertising campaign can buy.

Two installations made it possible to welcome more participants, create more memorable moments, and capture more memories throughout the weekend.

The proof that joy is a powerful brand strategy

Over one weekend, 1,340 women chose to jump in, 1,327 walked away with a printed souvenir in hand, and 3,831 times, someone opened their email to relive the moment. The numbers don’t just measure participation. They measure desire.

Event photos, activation moments and highlights

Participants jumped in, laughed, posed, and left with two things : a printed souvenir in hand, and a digital version in their inbox, ready to share before they even made it home.
Every photo was a piece of branded content created willingly, joyfully, and organically. No push needed.

WHAT THIS ACTIVATION DEMONSTRATES

For Nakd, this proved that brand values don’t need to be explained, they need to be felt. A brand rooted in simplicity, naturalness and joy doesn’t need a complex activation. It needs one that makes people smile the moment they see it. For sharingbox, it confirms a core belief : the most effective activations are the ones that disappear into the experience. When the concept is right, it doesn’t compete with the event, it becomes the best part of it.

This model is directly relevant for any brand looking to create genuine emotional engagement in a live, high-footfall environment, without resorting to traditional sampling or push mechanics. If your brand has a personality, sharingbox can make it tangible.

The Challenge of the Event and Our Solution

How did sharingbox create a customized brand experience for Nakd ?

How can Food & Beverage brands create engaging live experiences ?

Food & Beverage brands can create engaging live experiences by turning their brand identity and values into simple, memorable interactions. At La Parisienne, Nakd moved beyond traditional product sampling to create an activation centered around energy, participation, and shared moments. The playful BALLPIT concept brought the brand’s positive personality to life, creating a fun and engaging experience without requiring a complex message or lengthy participant journey.

What type of brand activation works best at a high-traffic sporting event ?

An effective activation at a high-traffic sporting event should be visually distinctive, quick to access, and capable of welcoming many participants without disrupting the event flow. For Nakd, two BALLPIT installations operated simultaneously throughout the weekend, increasing capacity while offering a straightforward experience that participants could enjoy with friends. The combination of a playful setting and instant photo delivery made the activation well suited to the festive atmosphere of La Parisienne.

How can brands turn event attendees into organic content creators ?

Brands can encourage organic content creation by offering an experience people genuinely want to capture and share. Rather than asking participants to promote Nakd directly, the activation gave them a visual and playful moment worth remembering. Each participant received personalized branded content as a printed souvenir and a digital photo, allowing the experience to continue naturally beyond the event itself.
