sharingbox may collect and process data of a personal nature during your use of sharingbox.com website (the “Site”). Before or at the time of collecting data of a personal nature, you will be informed of the use that we will make of it.

The personal data collected, where applicable, via the sharingbox concepts during its use, are processed (i) during the corporate events, as per the instructions of our clients who remain the data controller (ii) during the private events, to make the photos available to the client and guests.
STORAGE CONDITIONS AND STORAGE PERIOD
We process your personal data from our facilities in Belgium and France.
We do not transfer your personal data outside of Europe. We host the data on Amazon Web Services (AWS), the leading cloud infrastructure provider.
Your data is exclusively stored in Europe. We do not transfer your personal data to countries located outside of the European Economic Area.
sharingbox only stores your data of a personal nature for the period necessary to meet the purposes identified above or that you have authorized subsequently. Thus, your data are saved for the period covered by the commercial relations, if any and for a maximum period of one (1) year as from the date of the final contact.

Cookies are text files that your web browser (for example Google Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer) places on your computer or mobile phone when you visit a website. sharingbox may, with your consent, use cookies on the Site to collect certain information about you as a visitor of the Site. Subject to applicable data protection laws, you have the rights to access, rectify and erase your personal data by sending a request at gdpr@sharingbox.com or by writing to sharingbox Belgium – Rue saint Denis 112, Brussels.
We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable and always under the timeframes set forth by applicable data protection law. Please note that we may need to retain certain of your personal data for certain purposes as required or authorized by law. We may also ask you for proof of identity if we have a doubt about your identity.
